Michelle has acted as an Adjunct Lecturer for the University of Toronto, and as an instructor for the CPA Orthopaedic Division.  She has extensive experience working with yoga and Pilates instructors to make the connection between their movement practice and the pelvic floor.  She teaches online and in person, both in Canada and internationally.
