Course Description
Unlock the secrets of effective cervical spine treatment with this course taught by one of Canada’s top MSK Physiotherapy Clinical Specialists, Jeff Begg. This course takes the cervical spine up a level, providing insights from a seasoned PT who brings real-world expertise to the forefront, encouraging you to rethink the way you approach your neck patients. Join us to enhance your critical thinking and technical skills, whether you are new to practice or are looking for new ideas to bring your seasoned practice alive again. Course Objectives A) Understand the typical presentation, the assessment of and the treatment of: * Disorders of the cervical facet joints. * Upper cervical biomechanical dysfunction. * Cervical neuropathic pain. * Impairments of cervical motor control. * Disorders of the cervical disc. * Myofascial trigger points unique to the cervical spine. B) Have a new understanding of published, evidence-based WAD guidelines. C) Understand features of the Biopsychosocial model as it applies to physiotherapy management of neck pain. D) Understand multiple referral options for treatment-resistant neck pain. Location: CBI Health Group, 2073 Park St Suite 1, Regina, SK *9:00 am start time. There is a break for lunch and the course finishes at 5:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the course date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course date will not be refunded. Substitutions of participants will be accepted up until 1 day before the course: a refund (less a $25 administration fee) will be issued after the new participant has paid their tuition fee.
